Internet and web kuch standars par built hote hain. Isiliye differnt os and softwares aapas mein interact ni kart sakte kyuki vo different technologies ke standard follow karte hain. w3c in standards ke liye documentation prepare karta hai.And ye naye standards banane ke liye terms bhi provide karta hai.
2. HTML:
html ek mark up language hai. Isme mark up tags hote hain jo ki browser ko ye batate hain ki page ko kaise display karna hai nd dusre pages par jane ke liye hyperlinks bhi.
ise TIM BERNERS LEE ne banaya tha . .` It is been derived from SGML-Standard Markup Language.HTML allows to format text ,add rule,graphic sound and save in text only.
